Visiting the website
This website uses no cookies and no tools for analytics, advertising or tracking. It loads no content, fonts or scripts from third parties.
When you open a page, our web server processes technical data to display it and keep the service secure. This includes your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the page you requested, your browser’s user-agent string and the page you came from. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
The website is hosted in data centres in the European Union. Our hosting and network providers process this technical data only on our behalf.
Cloudflare, Inc. provides our DNS and network services. Requests to this website pass through its network. Cloudflare processes connection data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
Writing to us
If you email us, for example about a pilot or API access, we use your email address, name and message to respond and, where relevant, to prepare an agreement. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
We keep this correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry. If we do not enter into an agreement, we delete it within 12 months of our last contact. If we do, we keep the data in accordance with that agreement and statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data and to request its correction or erasure. You can also request that we restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and exercise your right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@geateh.si.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
